Jamie Nelson is the founder of And Seen Theater and a lifelong student and teacher of musical theater. She has directed and produced youth productions across the Wilmington community, working with children of all ages—including her own three!

With a performance background that spans Los Angeles, Connecticut, cruise ships, and Wilmington, Jamie brings a wealth of stage experience and a deep love for the art form. She is passionate about creating spaces where children and adults alike can discover the joy, confidence, and camaraderie that musical theater inspires.
